Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Court Click, our mission is to provide reliable and accessible legal case tracking for litigants across India. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations, refunds, and billing-related concerns.

1. Plans & Pricing

  • First Case – ₹99/year: Track 1 case
  • First Case Lifetime Plan – ₹999 one-time: Track 1 case for life
  • Additional Case Plan – ₹200/year: For each additional case

2. Non-Restoration of Credits on Case Deletion

Once a case credit has been used to reveal a case, it is considered consumed and cannot be restored, even if the user later deletes or removes that case from their dashboard. Each credit grants one-time access to a specific case, and deletion does not reset or refund the credit used.

3. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your active subscription at any time. Cancellation stops any future renewals (if applicable) but does not guarantee a refund unless it meets the criteria outlined below.

  • The Starter, Plus & Pro Plans are automatically renewed annually unless cancelled by the user.
  • Users can cancel auto-renewal anytime by visiting the Plans & Pricing section within the app

⚠️ The Starter Plan and all legacy auto-renewal plans including Plus and Pro were part of a special offer available only to users who subscribed on or before 22-Jul-2024. If a user cancels auto-renewal for any of these plans and later wishes to resubscribe, the original pricing and plan structure may no longer be available. The user will need to subscribe at the prevailing rates and terms available at the time of re-subscription.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. Refunds will be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Double charges
  • Duplicate payments due to technical errors

Refund requests unrelated to billing errors (e.g., dissatisfaction, unused time, change of mind) will not be entertained. If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 21 business days to the original payment method.

5. How to Report a Billing Issue

Email support@courtclick.com or message our support team on WhatsApp at +91 7994626878 within 14 days of the transaction.

Please include the following information in your message:

  • Registered mobile number
  • Payment reference or transaction ID
  • Description of the issue

We aim to respond promptly and resolve genuine billing errors quickly.

6. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time. All changes will be posted on courtclick.com. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
