These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Digilaw Legal Software Private Limited through the Court Click mobile application and website (collectively, “Court Click,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By registering, subscribing, or using Court Click, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
The pricing mentioned above is applicable only to users who have set India as their country or region in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Users who have set a different country in their app store account may see different pricing, which may vary based on local taxes, currency conversion, and platform-specific pricing policies. The applicable price will be displayed at the time of purchase based on your store settings. Court Click reserves the right to update or discontinue any offer or pricing plan at its discretion, with a 7 day notice to users.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@courtclick.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

Violation of this clause may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account.
We may terminate or suspend access to your account at any time. In the event of fraud or malicious activity, your access will be revoked immediately without notice.
We may also terminate access to your account without cause with a 90-day notice period.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms or our services at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of Court Click after such notice constitutes acceptance.
All content, branding, software, and features on Court Click are the property of Digilaw Legal Software Private Limited. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without express written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, or resolved via arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).
