Monthly Subscription: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time before it renews to avoid billing for the next month. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual Subscription: For annual subscriptions, you can cancel anytime during the year. However, please note that we only offer refunds as outlined in our refund policy below. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, preventing any future charges.
Monthly Subscription: We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days from the start of your subscription. If you are not satisfied within this period, you can request a full refund.
Annual Subscription: For annual subscriptions, we provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of the service if you cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription. After this period, refunds are not typically provided; however, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
