Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Court Click offers affordable, reliable case-tracking services to litigants across India. Court Click—envisioning seamless access to India’s legal system through innovative, tech-driven solutions for better accessibility and transparency. This policy explains how you can cancel a subscription and, where eligible, receive a refund.

2. Subscription Types and Cancellation

Court Click currently provides three annual litigant plans:

  • Starter Plan – ₹ 9 per year track one case.
  • Pro Plan – ₹ 1,999 per year track up to ten cases.
  • Pro Plus Plan – custom pricing track more than ten cases; email Support to activate.

You may cancel any plan at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge but does not in itself create a right to a refund.

3. Refund Policy

All subscriptions are non-refundable. A refund will be considered only when a verifiable billing error occurs, such as:

  • Accidental double payment, or
  • Duplicate subscription charge caused by a technical error

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of the transaction
  • If the request is validated, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 21 business days.
  • Banking or payment-gateway processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Requests based on dissatisfaction, unused service, or change of mind are not accepted.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your registered mobile number or email ID.
  • The payment reference or transaction ID.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and respond promptly.

  • Contact your bank—inter-bank processing may take several days.
  • Still unresolved? Email support@courtclick.com and we will investigate.

We may update this policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply immediately to new purchases and after 30 days to existing subscribers. Please review the policy from time to time.
