2. Services Provided

Court Click provides digital legal tools designed to enhance the practice efficiency of lawyers and their clients. These tools include, but are not limited to, cause lists, detailed case information, and live court boards.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You must notify us immediately upon learning of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breaches.

4. Subscription Fees and Payments

We offer both monthly and annual subscription plans. Fees for these subscriptions are billed in advance, are non-refundable, except as specifically provided in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your preferred payment method on a recurring basis.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

• In any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Court Click, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, patent, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Court Click, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
